“I would highly recommend Michael! As a first time home owner, he was very informative and helpful; spent a lot of time communicating and explaining fine details to me. He is well spoken, patient and responsive. I spent a decent amount of time searching for a management company as the house was outside of Halifax (most companies operate in HRM) and was ecstatic when I found out Michael was willing to accept my portfolio! We chatted about what I wanted from the house, goals, aspirations, and what services he provides. He made smart suggestions about how to approach everything. He also sourced out a home stager/renovation team and ensured the construction was done beautifully. Michael found a tenant, did the viewings, background and credit checks and all paperwork. Wow, truly an all-around service and touched every single base without misstep. I would not have been able to do it without him!
